What the line records, and who sees it.
Endcap Line runs a dedicated phone number for a commercial real estate listing. This page describes what happens to the information that passes through it. Last updated August 29, 2026.
Calls to a listing line
Every call is answered by an automated agent that discloses, in its first sentence and before anything else is said, that the call is recorded. A caller who does not want to be recorded can hang up at that point and nothing further is stored beyond the fact that a call came in.
For calls that continue, we store:
- The calling number, the time, and the length of the call
- An audio recording and a written transcript
- The details the caller gives about their space need: name, business, use, square footage, timing, and a callback number
- A summary and a qualification score derived from that conversation
That record is sent to the broker or owner who leases the property. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside the vendors listed below.
Calls to the demo number
The number published on the home page is a demonstration line for a property that does not exist. Calls to it appear in the public feed on that page, with the caller number withheld, and are cleared roughly every ten minutes.
The form on this site
The start form collects a name, email, optional cell number, brokerage, and a description of the listing. We use it to build the line and to reply. It goes nowhere else.
Vendors
- Twilio, for the phone number and call transport
- ElevenLabs, for the voice agent, the recording, and the transcript
- Resend, for the lead emails
- Stripe, for billing. Card details go to Stripe and never touch our servers
- PostHog, for anonymous page analytics on this site. No call content is sent to it
How long it is kept
Lead records for a live listing are kept for the life of the line plus twelve months, so a broker can look back at who called about a space after it leases. Demo calls are deleted continuously. You can ask us to delete a specific record or every record tied to a listing at any time.
Requests and questions
Email hello@endcap.design to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you. If you called a listing line and want the recording removed, include the number you called from and roughly when.
